Yet, Instagram’s nudity policy mostly for bids posting photos that show female nipples. This remains a point of disagreement among many influencers and activists. The updated policy states: "photos in the context of breastfeeding, birth-giving and after-birth moments, health-related situations (for example, post-mastectomy, breast cancer awareness or gender confirmation surgery) or an act of protest are allowed”.

Instagram has always supported original content creators.Every new update has always supported them increasingly.Instagram is rumoured to be in pursuit of new updates to aid creators. We can always expect to see more developments due to the existing competition among apps like Snapchat.

Hiding likes.

Instagram tested a weird update recently that hides the number of likes on a post. Users can hide their likes, but this was not received very well. Influencers and fashion bloggers who prided on their number of likes saw this as a terrible update. In early March, a bug triggered private like counts to unveil to several users, urging the company to extend some background into the issue. The executives explained that they were planning this update for a while now. The main aim was to make the whole experience of using Instagram more relaxing and pleasurable, rather than putting pressure on people based on the number of likes and reach for posts. But the update was not completed due to various issues, such as the pandemic, rising racial conflicts and the propagation of false information. Even though the thought behind the update is positive, it can mean different things to different people.

Instagram stories.

To view different stories, we need to swipe left or right on the screen. But now, Instagram developers are thinking of changing the feed orientation of stories from horizontal to vertical. So instead of swiping left and right, users can swipe up and down to change from story to story.
